BiOS is constantly on the lookout for new people to join our team. While our biggest demand is for bilingual technical staff with both hardware and software experience, we also place a great deal of importance on intellect, creativity, organization and work ethic. We recruit the best people from all around the world; currently we have over 70 people from more than 10 countries working in the company. It is very much a bilingual office, as one of our strengths is our ability to communicate effectively with our clients, be they in Japan or abroad.
Although we are all employees we are first and foremost people - individuals with our own methods, interests and ideals. BiOS not only accepts that, but also nurtures such characteristics in others. To encourage personal growth we support and often pay for our employees' external education, with higher-cost education linked to duration of service or quality of contribution.
